Shahrukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan bought two floors in Delhi; the superstar used to live here with his wife

Superstar Shahrukh Khan’s children Suhana Khan and Aryan Khan have invested in real estate. Suhana had earlier bought two luxurious properties in Maharashtra. Now Aryan has bought two floors in a building in South Delhi for Rs 37 crore, whose ground and basement are owned by Shahrukh.

Sources reveal that Aryan has bought a property in Panchsheel Park, Delhi. It was registered in May 2024. The special thing about this is that Shahrukh Khan used to live here with his wife Gauri Khan. The Khan family already owns the basement and ground floor of the building. Now two more floors have been added to it.

Most of the Bollywood actors rarely buy property in Delhi. Delhi is Shahrukh Khan’s hometown, so he gives importance to investment. According to sources, Amitabh Bachchan sold his Gulmohar Park in South Delhi. This makes it clear that it is rare for a Bollywood star to buy property in Delhi.

Along with this, in January 2023, Suhana Khan bought agricultural land in Alibaug, Maharashtra for Rs 12.91 crore. After that, in February 2024, she bought a beachfront property near Mumbai in coastal Maharashtra.
