Former journalist Rajeev Masand revealed in a podcast that Shahid Kapoor did not like his voice after the ‘Ishq Vishk’ interview and he got it re-recorded.
Shahid Kapoor ishq vishk interview: Shahid Kapoor made remarkable progress since his debut in the 2003 romantic comedy, ‘Ishq Vishk’. Recently, during a podcast on Sharaduloji on YouTube channel, former journalist Rajeev Masand shared an interesting thing, saying, ‘Shahid had requested to re-record his first interview.
Rajiv told, ‘I remember very well that when I interviewed Shahid for the first time, it was around 30 minutes, probably it was Shahid’s first interview during Ishq Vishk. After the interview, Shahid asked if he could see it. Later we sat and saw it, then he said I did not like the voice. Then we recorded it again.’
Rajiv further said, ‘When we try to do something new, someone says we should not do this, while someone says we should do this. A few years ago we interviewed Rekha ji and then after the interview was over, Rekha ji said, she does not want to do this. The biggest thing is that she does very few interviews, she said we will do it again. That interview is still with me.’
Shahid Kapoor started his career as a dancer, then he entered Bollywood. Shahid made his mark with background performances in popular films like ‘Dil Toh Pagal Hai’ (1997) and ‘Taal’ (1999). After the success of ‘Ishq Vishk’, Shahid worked in many successful films, including ‘Kabir Singh’. Fans and audiences eagerly wait for his upcoming film.
It is reported that Shahid Kapoor may next be seen in the film “Get ready for Bloody Valentine.” Which is expected to release on February 14, 2025.
